The Capitol Theatre:
Built in the 1920's, this historic landmark has hosted hundreds of performers, including the Rolling Stones. Dramatic grand staircase, bridal suites and dressing rooms. Stage offers unobstructed views of ceremony for your guests. Outside caterers allowed.

Hammond Museum:
Features ceremony site on an island in a pond. Magnificent 3-acre Japanese stroll garden. No outside caterers allowed. Kosher not available. Site fee required.

Lyndhurst:
A National Trust historic site, completed in 1842, the Gothic Revival mansion is situated on a 67-acre park designed in the Romantic style of landscape design. Magnificent views of the Hudson River and Tappan Zee Bridge. Grounds include a circular rose garden with gazebo.

Philipsburg Manor:
This colonial manor dates from the late 17th to early 18th century and today serves as a living history museum. Picnic facilities overlook the Mill Pond. Capacity is 80, indoors.

Sunnyside: (See in-depth feature article)
The most famous landmark in the Hudson Valley, this national landmark is the restored home of the author, Washington Irving. Features gardens in the Romantic landscape design, and includes plantings and walkways laid out by Irving himself. The original 18th century cottage was purchased by Irving in 1835 and enlarged and remodeled. Features a wisteria-covered, stepped-gable entrance and a Spanish-style tower. This is a tented venue, with no indoor backup.

Van Cortlandt Manor:
The 18th century manor house is a national historic landmark featuring authentic Georgian and Federal period furnishings. The grounds feature lush ornamental herb and heirloom vegetable gardens, and orchards. Tented venue, no indoor backup.
