Winter Wedding HeadpiecesBe creative with your headpiece. Look at the craft shops for stunning silk flowers and berries to add to your hair. There are beautiful glitter clad berries of all colors to choose from in white, gold, silver, reds, and burgundies. When you purchase a bunch, peal away small clusters and just bobby pin into your wedding hairstyle. Perfect for the bridesmaids too. If you want to get fancy about it, just wire or hot glue some pieces to a plastic comb or bobby pin. Don't limit yourself to what can only be found in wedding stores and web sites. Winter Wedding CenterpiecesWith the larger areas being decorated by the facility you can splurge on the winter wedding centerpieces. Speak with your florist about unique ideas. Remember, your florist is an artist hidden behind flowers. Allow their creative juices to run free. Before you show them a photo you like have them come up with something based on the other elements of your wedding theme and ambiance - within budget of course. Winter Wedding DetailsDetails, details, details! If the wedding hall is decorating with burgundy add a deep rose colored sash to your flower girl's dress along with rose velvet shoes. If silver is a big showstopper in the décor, have your bridesmaids' bouquets wrapped with silver ribbons and adorn their hair with rhinestones. With most everything taking place indoors, extra attention needs to go into winter wedding details. Don't skimp on sparkle and shine. Little white lights, candles and lots of gold or silver accents will brighten up the dreariest of winter blahs! Winter Wedding Ideas: Let Future Husband Help!To save some money and add creative touches, involve the guys. Have the men take a day armed with saws and clippers to retrieve you some bare branches. Spray paint them with white, silver or gold. While the paint is still tacky sprinkle on some craft glitter. After they are dry, add strings of white lights and plant them in silver aluminum buckets from the hardware store. You will have a great winter wedding photo op indoors and your fiance will feel he contributed. Let your imagination run wild!
